I would like to acknowledge the superb service I received from Jose Amaro - Service Manager. I purchase my TX350 in March of 2024 and I took my car for my regular oil change in March 2025. While there, I also asked Jose to help me with my secondary car key, which I had not yet received 1 year after purchasing my car. I had multiple conversations with my sales person in the past about my key and I always got the same response, "Its coming, you will get a letter in the mail. There is nothing I can do". Jose, took it upon himself to assist me and not only get me the key, but also make sure the recall issues on my car were taken care of. As a customer, I was getting really frustrated about the issue with the keys, and didn't want to take my car for service at Lexus of Pembroke Pines again. I received a video with no sound that lacked the requested details. Over the past two weeks, I have been put on hold more times than I can count. The finance department was frequently unavailable, my text messages went unanswered, and any callbacks I received mostly occurred on Fridays, which I assume is when salespeople are required to follow up. I also noticed calls came at random times during the day with no messages left. It felt like they could say they called but didn't genuinely want to connect. This led to incredible frustration as I felt ignored and my concerns dismissed. I was repeatedly misinformed about the vehicle's availability, making me doubt the honesty of the staff. Despite this, I continued trying to communicate with someone about the sale. When I finally received a call from Rohan approximately two weeks later, he confirmed that the dealership believes Lexus sells itself and that their primary focus is making a sale instead of providing a good customer experience. Although I was told someone had attempted to call me on Friday and Saturday, there is no record of those calls. When Rohan finally decided to reach out, he immediately claimed he had no idea what I was talking about. He insinuated that my question, as an active duty military member with over 30 years of service, was not logical. His rudeness and condescension demonstrated a lack of knowledge and interest in addressing my concerns; he seemed only interested in closing the sale. He even quipped, "the focus should be getting you into a new vehicle," further dismissing my inquiries. Lastly, when I requested to speak with someone else, he refused and told me to send an email instead. His attitude exemplified poor customer service and resonated throughout the dealership, solidifying my decision never to consider purchasing a vehicle from Pembroke Pines. More

I brought the car in A/C working fine, but when I left the A/C not working. I tried to talk to that advisor, first he told me to go back and he will check for me. I bust u-turn to go back, approaching th the A/C not working. I tried to talk to that advisor, first he told me to go back and he will check for me. I was shocked and pissed, because he said no one touching anything in the a/c dashboard. How he knows that, he doesn’t work in the back. I ended up leaving the dealership unsatisfactory. More
