My first experience with Michele Alter was in 2016, when I purchased a 2016 GX 460 from her. Back then I found her to be extremely knowledgeable professional. Recently I was looking to upgrade to a 2025 GX 550. When I met with her, I indicated my exterior color preference was Nori Green Pearl. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond her control (i.e. the lack of available inventory from the manufacturer), she was unable to obtain my color preference. However, there was no doubt in my mind. She did everything in her power.Ann was very gracious when things did not work out. I would definitely reach out to her again in the future and will certainly refer anyone looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle in the future. More
