Not happy that they think it's acceptable to have a crease on the armrest from factory wrapping it way too tight and they don't fix it even after got escalated very high at the dealership. Even though when they had me look it over before I purchased it brand new I mentioned it to them and they told me they would take care of everything. Just very disappointed that you spend so much money on a Lexus and you leave with a crease in the armrest that you will see every single day. They took care of the other things (ding in door, deep scratch on Rear button,...), but the car was not even washed or detailed. It had coffee on the passenger seat. Just not even close to the Lexus experience I heard about and was expecting. I would not recommend this deaelership. It's appearance iss undesirable as well. The other dealerships are much more appealing. The salesman I dealt with was Top Notch though and very knowledgeable. More
