I utilized the pick up and delivery service. It was easy to make the appointment. Service performed on the car was great but when my car was returned, the floor mats in the front were not secured and there to make the appointment. Service performed on the car was great but when my car was returned, the floor mats in the front were not secured and there was a plastic part left on the floor behind the driver’s seat in the back. There is material hanging under both front seats. I will continue to use this dealership because of the experienced technicians but quality control needs improvement. More
