I leased 2 new ES 350 cars this past weekend. Working with Tom Abrahams, Darren Lusane and Marvens St. Jean was an absolute pleasure. They each get 5 stars. However, I didn't give the dealership 5 stars with Tom Abrahams, Darren Lusane and Marvens St. Jean was an absolute pleasure. They each get 5 stars. However, I didn't give the dealership 5 stars because on one of the cars, the prep department delivered the car to Darren and Marvens to deliver to me with tire pressure of 48 (should have been 38) which could have resulted in a tire blowout when I was driving and the prep department also did a poor job of removing the stickers and plastic from the car and didn't place all the mats in the car and didn't attach the cargo net in the trunk. Also, I give 5 stars to Reinaldo in finance. He was a pleasure to work with on both cars. More
