Ordered a new car on 3/14/20. One item left off. Then covid, factory shut down. Offered 2021 at same price. Said ok, same thing missing one item. Reordered right away. I brought my car in for the first service and asked for the replacement of a cap on a tire that had been missing since picking up the car.
