I made an appt and 30 min after being waiting, i found out my serv rep was on lunch. The person who took care of me was completely rude. I received a text message saying my car would be ready in 15 min, out my serv rep was on lunch. The person who took care of me was completely rude. I received a text message saying my car would be ready in 15 min, to go to the cashier to signe the paperwork... 30 min after, they told me i need to go to a different office to handle the paper and them wait another 30 min for my car. Worts service ever! By the way! Staff goes around the inside of the building wearing the mask inappropriately. More
