Check engine light came on and instructed to bring back to dealership. Something about a grille being inoperable. She once again dismissed my request stating they can only take me 5 miles. It took only 30 mins to diagnose and resolve the issue. She came and told me that my car is in the wash and that it will be ready in 10 mins. After waiting for 30 mins. I ask Melissa when my car will be ready. She said should have stop by the cashier.
