After the first response by email from Victoria Waln, and I responded, I did not receive any response for a week, even after two additional inquiries. After a week, I called and spoke with JC (didn't know hi I responded, I did not receive any response for a week, even after two additional inquiries. After a week, I called and spoke with JC (didn't know his last name), and he apologized profusely for Victoria, and put me in contact with Mikhail Kahlev. Within 24 hours, I drove the new NX home. Price was quoted on line through Costco buying plan. The experience after dealing with Mikhail was very pleasant. More
