After an hour there, they texted my car was ready to pickup. Want to pickup they made me wait an extra hour just to bring my car out and it wasn’t even washed properly had the loaner lady come out wipe pickup. Waited 20 minutes for service advisor. Only got taken care of after speaking up. While in tiny office of service advisor other employees walked in. This is not appropriate during Covid- 19.
