I am very disappointed with that center. I took my RX350 there after purchasing it a week ago to have the two front windows tinted on 10/03/20 only to get it back with the driver side door edge with several there after purchasing it a week ago to have the two front windows tinted on 10/03/20 only to get it back with the driver side door edge with several scratches as if when the vehicle was parked up too close to the wall at the service center before it was taken to the back. I am definitely not happy with how my car is handled there. More

I told them I needed a rental. When I got there they didn’t have any so I waited one and half hours to get a car. They just gave me a random car because they knew I had my kids in school at home. I have to say thankfully I love my suv or I would’ve probably been done with Lexus as the rental car was awful to drive. The service in previous times was great! Maybe you are understaffed or overwhelmed. Also they kept my car an extra night for the recall. They just texted “I need to keep your veh”. Then the next day I had to text and ask if it was ready yet. He said it just got washed. It had bird poop all over the hood. I don’t care as the wash is complimentary but don’t tell me you washed it. They did offer to wash it but I just took it myself to a local place so I could leave. I’m sad bc I do want another Lexus and when I first got it I thought how great is Lexus service compared to Acura. I don’t like to complain but they kept blaming it on people not returning the rentals. However, it could’ve been a similar situation like me where I had to ask if my car was ready. Anyway, hopefully they can improve on the service. Thankfully the car speaks for itself when it comes to quality! More
