I’ve leased or purchased many Lexus vehicles from your dealership. The service people are great. But I feel I got”ripped off” concerning overall cost of parts and labor. I had my wiper blades replaced, an dealership. The service people are great. But I feel I got”ripped off” concerning overall cost of parts and labor. I had my wiper blades replaced, and I was charged over $30 for labor for a job that takes five minutes! I also had a cabin filter replaced, and was charged over $50 for labor! I checked prices for these items at other places, and their prices were half. 50% less. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed More

Service adviser very polite. He found out my car had a recall and repair was done at the same day. He said the work that needed to be performed would take 4 hours. It took 8 to repair the problem. Dirty in side, smells of cigarette , dust all over, etc I live in Tampa, The Lexus dealer I take my car to its 💯 percent Lexus mindset. More
