I have always had a good experience with your Service Center but the last two time we have left our car for service we did not receive any notification that the car was ready. Our last visit, we left ou Center but the last two time we have left our car for service we did not receive any notification that the car was ready. Our last visit, we left our car for a recall on 8/12 and received no text that the car was ready. We did receive a message on our home phone on 8/21 that the car had been ready since last week. We picked up the car the next day. We travel from Delray Beach to continue using your Service Center but it would be more convenient if you would call or text when the car is ready. More
