Maintenance my vehicle less then 30 days after purchase My sales person was very kind and attentive. However, I purchased an L/Certified vehicle and in less than 30 days I had to pay to resurface my rotors. My sales person was very kind and attentive. However, I purchased an L/Certified vehicle and in less than 30 days I had to pay to resurface my rotors. Once I found out, I called my sales person right away and he informed me that his Manager said there wasn't anything they could do about it. The vehicle was checked prior to me purchasing. Obviously the vehicle wasn't properly checked since my rotors had to be resurfaced so soon. My vehicle had less then 29K miles and should not require resurfacing. I don't believe in the way they practice business and regret purchasing my vehicle from them. Be warned and make sure to ask for all inspection records prior to purchase to have proof of history. That way you don't have to spend more money after already paying $30,000+ for a car. More
