Great salesman! I did not like the fact that he presented us with the financing options that showcased 6% financing charge. Shortly after he lead us to the financing I did not like the fact that he presented us with the financing options that showcased 6% financing charge. Shortly after he lead us to the financing personal though we were presented with completely different options which offered 2.49, 3.49and 4.49 % . That’s nowhere near 6%. Other than this fact, everything went smoothly and I am happy with the experience. Thanks Adeel! More

Sales guy Kazi was helpful but several things to note, the car tires had less air pressure 29 PSI instead of minimum 35 PSI I have a portable pump I filled it before driving off. Had several technical questions but Tech person wasn't there but I did call Adam in 2 days he answered my questions. Finance guy Daryl showed me extra options to buy I asked him ' If I purchase the Anti-theft system for 5 years will my insurance give me some discount for this? he replied " Yes" later when I spoke to insurance, they said no this won't decrease my premium. I was very disheartened, so next day when I drove there to install this device, I told them I don't need it and Daryl, and his manager had heated arguments with me that once sold I can't cancel. after some back and forth finally he agreed to cancel this add on. We are good now The other thing that I found not reasonable was my 'trade in ' car I had brought in for regular service oil change etc. I told them since I am giving this car to you (at a much lower price) please don't charge me for service as the car belongs to you now and you will service it anyways, but they refused and I had to pay for service of a car that didn't belong to me. In the past, the service dept. did things that really bothered me. a few times after I take the car home I would notice something else happening to it and had to bring it back in to fix it (like they forgot to attach something etc.), a nice Lexus failing many times and spent between $3000 to $2000 few times within 6 months. including once I had bad tire and the representative Andre Rust said I need to 2 tires had to involve the manager and yes only 1 tire was bad. More
