The most pleasant and relaxed car buying experience I’ve had (and believe me when I say, I’ve had way more than a few!). Isaiah was positively stellar; patient and knowledgeable. Surpass Expectations Bought my first Lexus in 2003 in Atlanta metro area. I've been to the vast majority of other brand dealerships throughout the years leading up to 200 Bought my first Lexus in 2003 in Atlanta metro area. I've been to the vast majority of other brand dealerships throughout the years leading up to 2003 and rarely felt good after the visit. My expectations of car dealerships and visits to them became jaded. It was never just one thing rather a never ending combination that created an unpleasant nearly toxic environment. Many times I felt pressured, manipulated, deceived, some visits were combative arguments that usually ended with more disappointment especially when the reality set in that they never had my best interests in mind. From the first time I stepped in the Lexus showroom in Gwinnett County, GA I knew everything was different. I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone at any Lexus dealership since my first visit in 2003. I would love to keep sharing experiences and include all the great people that always went above & beyond to ensure I was taken care & that I was made to feel important and they were there for me. Now the present. I did spend the past 17 years exclusively with Lexus and upon moving to FL the first thing I did was find my local Lexus dealership. I went to Lexus of Orlando after a couple of phone chats & email exchanges to buy a new SUV. I had zero doubt these folks would handle business & customers differently. Although it was a new city with new faces and newer year vehicles there was one thing that was not new and that is the way Lexus treats its customers. That same sense of importance was felt immediately and the rest of the visit felt like all my past visits in GA. The courtesy, honesty, integrity, respect, and compassion I received that day was the same I had been getting for the past 17 years in another state. I see Lexus' commitment to excellence on every visit. In closing I want to add that after the purchase & paperwork were completed on my SUV I asked if I could leave the SUV over the weekend as I had some logistical issues to resolve. I knew they would say yes but what I didn't expect to happen was not even on my radar. I offered to pay for the safe keeping over the weekend and since I lived about 100 miles away I would be back in a couple days. They asked if I would be home the following morning to which I replied yes. Well even though it was her day off, Melissa Prieto said she would drive my SUV to my home. I was so happy to hear that. I asked how much the cost would be so I could have it ready upon her arrival. They laughed & said we don't charge for that. Thank you Lexus of Orlando for being exactly (and a bit more) what I hoped you'd be. More

I messaged the dealership about a used car listing over this past weekend. I received word that it was going through the inspection and not available until Wednesday at the earliest. I informed them I was looking for this exact model and was looking to buy now cash, and they offered to put the car on hold so I could arrange a babysitter to watch my children. The appointment was set up for 5 pm today (June 24th, 2020). I was scheduled with a salesperson at the Orlando location named Diana Colina. Around noon today, I received a text that they were trying to sell the vehicle before my arrival and then was reassured it would be held for me as I offered to rearrange my schedule to come earlier. As I set up my children with their babysitter, I received a phone call from the separate sales manager Henry Chong stating that they sold the car that was being held for me. He stated the salesperson was “too afraid” to call me to tell me they sold the vehicle being held for me. He offered no resolution other than sorry it sold. I would expect more character and integrity from such a well-rated car dealership. This shady deal cut the initial salesman out of the sale and prevented him from profiting from doing his job in following up with me and organizing my visit. I would expect this kind of behavior from lower-priced used car lots, but shocking from a dealership that deals in luxury vehicles. If either of these individuals are involved in your next purchase, I would ask for someone else.
