I trust them with the care of my vehicle and love how clean it is when it comes back to me. They give me a heads up when something is showing wear, so I have time to plan, before it needs to be replaced, if not covered by the warranty. They are doing construction, but still have a waiting area for customers- I prefer to wait. Warm, comfortable, free Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks. I didn’t mind waiting there and it was right next to where you drop off your vehicle. Jim, of the Valet Team, made me feel welcome when I arrived and ensured I knew what would happen next; he also ensured I knew what to do when picking up my vehicle. Bethany Turgeon, my Service Advisor, ensured I knew the process, my contact information was correct, and I knew how long it was expected to take. My car was ready when I expected and Bethany made sure I knew when it was being washed, as that was shortly prior to being done. Daniel Rice was my technician; I did not meet Daniel, but appreciated his hard work. My car was checked out thoroughly by Daniel. I also appreciated how clean my car was when returned to me! I wouldn’t buy a vehicle here again, and don’t recommend anyone buy a vehicle here, based on our experience with everyone during the sales process. More
