I own an RX300 and an RX400h, and I put fairly high mileage on both. As a result my services needs are higher than most. Danny Blynn takes care of my service needs, supervised by Gene. Danny and Gene are the two best services executives I have ever encountered, and I rate them both a 6 on your scale of 1 to 5. Their approach is professional and rigorous, but I have never felt that they pushed me for work that did not need to be done -- which has been my experience with most auto dealerships. I cannot speak for anyone else at Lexus of Northborough, but those two guys are the best in the business. When I buy my next two Lexus vehicles, it will be their hard work that brings in the new sales -- they should get the commission on the sales. Jack Hayes More
I have dealt with Lexus of Northborough twice in the last year. In one case we could not reach an agreement on a new ES and, more recently, we were able to do a very good deal on an '09 RX. Based on these two experiences, it is my impression that while this is not the highest-volume/lowest-price Lexus dealership in the general Boston area, it is definitely near or at the top of the heap in terms of service and general customer experience. On both occasions, the sales manager -- Matt Petisce -- negotiated aggressively but fairly, without inappropriate pressure or underhand tactics. F&I was similarly straightforward, with no hard sell. And on both occasions the sales consultant -- Brad Cook -- was a pleasure to deal with. He knew the vehicles inside out and nothing was too much trouble for him before, during or after the sale. The delivery process, in particular, was really outstanding. We have not yet had occasion to use the service department, so I can't comment on that other than to say the facility is as new and clean and orderly as one would expect given Lexus's particular focus on their dealership experience. After talking with four dealerships, I finally bought a car through this dealer. Peter Kelly, our salesman, is 100% professional. No high pressure sales tactics at all. His ending comment on our first meeting was "If you feel the car is a good fit for you, I'd like to earn your business." He maintained this straightforward professional attitude through my family's several visits and dozens of calls. We were treated as equals in a mutually beneficial process. He had no issue at all dealing with my wife with her questions and me with my questions. We called him many times (off hours) on his cell phone and he was perfectly fine with that. The finance person, Sharon Eid was also very professional, working the financing several times until both us and the dealership were satisfied. So, figure out what car you want (all options all not readily available), do your homework (Kelly's Blue Book, Edmunds, and calling around) and then have a chat with Pete. More

I've been buying cars for over 30 yrs and my experience at Northboro Lexus with salesman, Jamie Chomo, was one of the best. It was relaxed and fun but also professional and respectful. I had a good idea what I would be paying for the car(thanks to the internet), so when the pleasant experience was accompanied by a reasonable price, I accepted. A friend, who just went along for the ride, ended up buying a Lexus, too, primarily because of the way we were all treated. If you want the lowest price, go to Ernie Boch or Herb Chambers (and then stop at Home Depot on the way home to buy some of their crappy stuff). However, if you want a great overall experience, go to Northboro and ask for Jamie. We'll definitely be returning when it's time to buy again. More
I have to say that of all the car sales people I've met over the years, Jamie Chomo was by far the best. He is extremely polished and professional. From the greeting to the demonstration to his follow up, he was a top quality sales person. The dealership is also extremely nice and everyone very friendly. So why didn't I buy my car from them? One word, price. The dealership I did buy from, Lexus of Norwood, just blew them away on price and they couldn't compete with their prices or the volume of cars. It just came down to a large difference in price. What Lexus of Northborough needs to do is cut their prices if they ever expect to compete. The best sales people in the world and the friendliest people in the world can't compete with more cash in my pocket. More
