I have owned and had my Lexus serviced by this dealership for 4 years. I have never experienced this level of service from anyone in the car industry. Danny represents the Dealer's reputation to us and that reputation and quality has been absoultely perfect. The care and focus on client satisfaction are not merely just goals they try to attain. Danny and Lexus of Northorough exceed those goals. They set the standard, and it is a high bar for us, for all dealers to try to reach. A little over 3 years ago, we bought our second Lexus, an RX-330. Our decision was weighted most heavily on our great experience with the service that Danny and Northborough delivered.
