From the moment I walked in, I knew the experience buying a car at Lexus of Northborough would be a good one. There were a few issues with the vehicle that were taken care of within a day, and the service there is top notch (Thanks Ron McGill). I also received a personal letter from the owner thanking me for my business and letting me know I could call him personally if there was a problem. I have purchased many Toyota vehicles, and the experience at Lexus is beyond comparison. Lexus of Northborough is a model of how a dealership should be run in an ideal world. My wife and I commented to each other on the ride home from the dealership how awe-struck we were at the service we had received, from the valet that greets you when you drop off your car, to the receptionist and cashier.
