Several things I liked about Darryl, he's customer friendly, very knowlegable about the product that he's selling. Most importantly he loves what he doing. He answered any and all questions to our total satisfaction,shared all pertinent information,described and explained all features,and was extremely cordial.Following test drives,I signed leases on an IS350C and an RX350.Scott familiarized us thoroughly with both vehicles and we were on our way. Since this time I have worked with Mike in service.He is always congenial while also being very professonal.He either takes my calls immediately or gets right back to me in a timely manner. All work is done in a timely fashion and meets or exceeds my expectatons - which are high. Dealing with Lexus of Northborough is an extremely enjoyable experience and I would recommend them unconditionaly. Customer service is what it should have been at the many other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past! More
My wife and I have been using the service dept. at Lexus of Northborough for over 7 years with our 2000 RX300 We have had such a great experience working with Mike (in Service), for the amount of questions of Northborough for over 7 years with our 2000 RX300 We have had such a great experience working with Mike (in Service), for the amount of questions we've ask, Mike has always been right on top of getting us the answer, and at times has offered suggestions, which not a lot of dealers do. We've received nothing but superb customer service each and every time. When I've called last minute, which I think has happened at least 3-4 times, Mike always seems to find a way to accommodate us each and every time. And to carry over to the Parts dept., for a question I asked Mike about the blower motor, he followed up by asking his parts person (Paul King), and Paul was able to get back in touch with me - but not just a single answer, but options, which was great. He explains things very easily and is great in getting back in touch quickly. I respect that in a dealership and appreciate all their assistance in making sure our cars (we also have an SC300 that's been serviced there) are functional each and every time we bring them in. And just food for thought, We live an hour away, and I have no problem going there and having them handle the service for our cars. Great service and parts dept. hands down. Jeff & Mary More
Mike & the team consistently offer outstanding service from arrival through to departure. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. It was actually $1000.00 more than another dealership, but this Lexus had better customer service and a friendlier staff. I made a decision to buy a used ES after the Anjula, the salesperson at Lexus, informed me of the pros and cons. He explained every detail about the car to me. I feel like I made an informed decision after visiting Lexus of Northborough. When I was at Lexus of Watertown the salespeople were not friendly and didn't explain the vehicle. I am happy with Lexus of Northborough and look forward to doing future business with them. It was worth paying the extra money!!! The salesperson also delivered the car to my house and took my old car away. Kudos to Lexus of Northborough!!! More
My first car buying experience with this dealership 4 years ago was less than ideal, as I spent 5 hours (!!) haggling on price before we finally agreed to terms. Despite that, I went back again recently to purchase another vehicle. This visit was much shorter, as the sales rep made me feel as if I was wasting his time by being in there. He sent me on my way after 20 minutes with a "best price" that wasn't even close to the price I knew I could buy the car for (and eventually did at another dealership, despite his claim that "you can't get that price anywhere"). After two car-buying experiences here, it seems as though they are less willing to budge on price than other dealerships. In this day of internet pricing, and the information that is available to the car buyer, a customer that does his homework will inevitably find a dealership to give him the price he wants. Especially if he is able to demonstrate that knowledge and offers a price that isn't completely unfair to the dealer. After speaking with the manager following my last visit, I'm hopeful this will ring true next time I go in to buy another vehicle. More
Last week, my husband,, Brian, purchased a 2006 Mustang convertible from Lexus of Northborough; Nathan Roseberry was the salesman who worked with him. We would like to thank, compliment and commend Nathan for the work he did to facilitate this sale. From our initial visit on Monday, 18 July to the delivery of the vehicle on Thursday, 21 July, Nathan was superb. He facilitated the final selling price of the car and was in contact with Brian several times to be sure all the information was available and ready for him to register the car on Thursday. His attention to detail was impeccable and made the out-of-state purchase easy and problem-free. We feel that he went above and beyond to provide us with wonderful service throughout. Thank you, Nathan, for your work and thank you, Lexus of Northborough for a vehicle in wonderful condition. Brian is very pleased with his “new” car. More
since we moved to the Northboro area 6 years ago we have had our RX330 service at Lexus of Northboro. my first contact in the service department was with Dan Blinn. his profesionalism, knowledge and custome had our RX330 service at Lexus of Northboro. my first contact in the service department was with Dan Blinn. his profesionalism, knowledge and customer concern and satisfaction was outstanding, and is why i insisted on him being my service repesentative in the future. he never let me down. everything promised was completed and on time. never a glitch. when i called to schedule a service appointment and heard he was no longer there i was shocked. needless to say he was an outstanding happy efficient employee as true asset to Lexus and felt i had lost a friend. because of his and my personal contact if he had gopne to an other lexus dealer within a resaonable distance i might have considered changing because of Dan. i am a happy camper now that Dan has returned. i know i am in good hands again. i want to add that Mariel Burgos took over for Dan and did an outstanding job. she too is a cedit to Lexus of Northboro. wecome back Dan sincerely dr. bruce moodie More
This is the second car I have purchased through this particular dealership and could not be happier. Nathan was our salesperson for our second purchase and was a pleasure to work with. Purchasing a new car can be nerve-racking, however, with Lexus of Northborough it has always been a relaxing experience. There was never any pressure and Nathan was fair and easy to deal with. He spent a significant amount of time helping us pick out just the right car. He recognized the significant purchase we were making and was incredibly respectful of this. So many times you walk into a luxery car dealership and the salesperson is more concerned about their bottom line and forget about customer service that matters. Nathan was never pushy, gave us the space we needed to think about our purchase and followed up with us several times after our purchase, to be sure that everything was going well. During my first 5k mile checkup visit, Nathan immediately came over to say hello and check in on how things were going. The Service Department is equally as terrific. Danny Blinn, our Service Consultant is a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Danny before with my older Lexus and he is always friendly, professional and recognizes that customers are often on a tight schedule. I never "dread" heading in for service. Although I have had very few issues with my cars (knock on wood), when something has needed attention, they are always accommodating and work it to a proper resolution. The dealership really does value customer loyaly, they know that word of mouth will often bring in more business( and repeat business) and that is what makes a successful business. It is not a stuffy dealership, the waiting area is comfortable but not over done. They aren't wasting money on unnecessary frills. If you are in the market for a new Lexus, give Lexus of Northborough a shot and ask for Nathan. More
It was a delight to arrive at Lexus of Northborough, MA and discover the Service Liason, who had temporarily left this dealership, had returned.
