Both my husband and I felt very well taken care of because of the professionalism and friendliness of all the people we met during our visit to the dealership. We are so thrilled with our new Lexus RX350 and have now made it into the 21st century!! We also noted how immaculate the entire dealership was (I especially was truely impressed how clean the service area was kept). Since this was only my first time at a Lexus dealership (I previously had another makes of cars through the years), EVERYTHING caught my attention. The waiting area was wonderful.. tv, internet, snacks and even a playroom for children while they waited. My husband and I are very happy customers and are looking forward to many more years doing business with our new friends at Lexus of Northborough. More
This was my 2nd RX vehicle I have purchased at Lexus of Northborough and it has always been a pleasure working with Anjula. He has a great knowledge of all the functions and options that I was not farmilar with and took his time and walked me though all of them. He also answered all my questions about the vehicle. Now, that is superior customer service in my eyes. I walked in worried about how to use all the functions and options on this beautiful new vehicle, but walked out confident in using all the fuctions of the vehicle so I can fully enjoy it. (especially the navigation system and all the commands and set up for it.) If you are looking for someone that takes pride in customer service and also is knowlegeable on the vehicles functions and options, I recommend Anjula to all. He will take great care of you and your vehicle. That is the reason I keep coming back! I hope to continue a long lasting relationship with Anjula and Lexus of Northborough. He has also kept in touch with us between leases to answer questions and provide additional assistance with our vehicles, facilitate our service appointments, and maintain our friendship. He has received several referrals from us over the years and has always expressed his gratitude for these referrals. We plan to choose Chris to be our car salesman indefinitely, and hope he remains with Lexus of Northborough for many years to come. More

Michael Olson is also a great guy when Danny is not available. The sales process is smooth as well; where negotiations are professionally handled. Sales follow-up through Chris is especially strong; he makes sure to check in even years after a sale to make sure things are going well with the car. Wow where to begin... I was looking to purchase my first luxury vehicle, and decided to go with Lexus, based on the reliability. So I searched for dealers close to me and this one came up. I went to the dealer, and was introduced to Anjula who was very knowledgeable. As I said before this is my first luxury buying experience, so I am use to pushy sales people, who are just trying to get you into any car. Anjula was very different, and he worked with me to find the right car that fit my budget, there was no pressure, and he was very friendly! Once I made my choice on the vehicle (ES 300h.. highly recommend it), I worked with Anjula, and Matt to custom order my vehicle, and discuss my trade options for my current vehicle (I got a pretty good deal). Matt (one of the managers) was excellent in getting me all the features I wanted my new vehicle to have. After ordering the vehicle, I was told that it takes between 3-4 months for it to be built. Just like they said, it did indeed take 4 months for my car to come, and when I went to the dealer to see it, wow was it beautiful!! Anjula walked me through all the many features I had (so many), and we filled out the purchasing paperwork, and he set up my personalized settings in the car, and I drove home that day in my new car!! Now I am looking forward to my first service appt, so I can sit in the very nice service lounge that they have!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus vehicle. You will not be disappointed! More
It has been sometime now that I have wanted to by a certified Lexus but always thought it would be too much money. After shopping around I wandered onto the lot and met Darryl Newman. He was great, made me feel right at home, and when all was said and done, I have a car I love, with a great warranty, unbelievable service and all at a great value. I visited Lexus of Northborough on a Wednesday. I was warmly greeted by Anjula Amarasinghe who identified himself as the Training Manager. Anjula listened to all my concerns regarding a new vehicle purchase and was able to custom fit me into a vehicle that would not only suit the needs of my family, but also my budget. We went on a test drive and spoke for a short while. I agreed to return the following Saturday with my trade-in. Anjula was able to exceed my expectations in every aspect and turned an intimidating situation into the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Dealing with Anjula and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Northborough was smooth and effortless. I was treated with professionalism, integrity and respect. The total process took very little time. I picked my new vehicle up the following Monday and everything was perfect! There was no haggling or arguing-it was truly easy! We took in our new CT-200h in response to a recall notice. We only had 2700 miles on the car after 6 months, so we asked what we should be doing about the service plan. Mike explained what we should do and when to get the most appropriate service for our situation. Being a recall, the service was free. They gave us a loaner (great car) so we could run some errands (it was a Saturday! Service on a Saturday!), and when we returned to the dealer, Mike transferred the case of beer we bought from the loaner to our CT. When we got into our newly washed car to return home, we discovered that they had even topped up the gas tank! Northborough Lexus has shown themselves to be a first-class outfit all the way. In the past, we've avoided the dealers for service and had our work done at a local garage whom we trust and who has done well by us for years. But no longer, Northborough Lexus will get our business from now on. More
I have a brand new RX. Unfortunately a minor impact created a clean break of the plastic surrounding the glass on the passenger-side mirror. A replacement part and installation would have cost $775 to created a clean break of the plastic surrounding the glass on the passenger-side mirror. A replacement part and installation would have cost $775 to replace. This was clearly overkill for the damage, so, without even being asked, the Parts Manager, Tuan, took the broken piece and bonded/glued it back into place - at no charge. It isn't "factory perfect", but it does not look all that shabby to me either - and it did not cost $775. This is typical of the Lexus of Northborough Service Department - and clearly the reason for my 10 year, 4 vehicle history with Lexus. Jim Hatherley More
I contacted Chris to see about trading in my preowned Lexus even though I was perfectly happy with the car. Chris had been our salesperson when we bought the first car, and I felt comfortable with him a Lexus even though I was perfectly happy with the car. Chris had been our salesperson when we bought the first car, and I felt comfortable with him and felt that he had done right by me with the first sale. He returned my email immediately, and assured me that he could find a car for me that was newer and with less mileage for approximately the same payment. We made an appointment, and Chris was right there to give us his undivided attention at the assigned time and remained with us until the sale was done. He presented us with many options, since our cash flow is limited, and made it work. I am leasing a brand new Lexus, which I never expected to do, but Chris kept working at it until he found a payment that was manageable for us. If you had asked me 5 years ago if I would ever be the owner of a Lexus, never mind a brand new Lexus, I never would have believed it, but thanks to Chris's hard work, he made it happen. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his way. His personality is great - very friendly and accommodating. When my lease runs out, I will be calling on Chris Schmitt again because I know that he will find a car for me that fits my lifestyle. Thanks, Chris, I love my new car! More
