I visited Lexus of Northborough on a Wednesday. I was warmly greeted by Anjula Amarasinghe who identified himself as the Training Manager. Anjula listened to all my concerns regarding a new vehicle purchase and was able to custom fit me into a vehicle that would not only suit the needs of my family, but also my budget. We went on a test drive and spoke for a short while. I agreed to return the following Saturday with my trade-in. Anjula was able to exceed my expectations in every aspect and turned an intimidating situation into the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Dealing with Anjula and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Northborough was smooth and effortless. I was treated with professionalism, integrity and respect. The total process took very little time. I picked my new vehicle up the following Monday and everything was perfect! There was no haggling or arguing-it was truly easy! We took in our new CT-200h in response to a recall notice. We only had 2700 miles on the car after 6 months, so we asked what we should be doing about the service plan. Mike explained what we should do and when to get the most appropriate service for our situation. Being a recall, the service was free. They gave us a loaner (great car) so we could run some errands (it was a Saturday! Service on a Saturday!), and when we returned to the dealer, Mike transferred the case of beer we bought from the loaner to our CT. When we got into our newly washed car to return home, we discovered that they had even topped up the gas tank! Northborough Lexus has shown themselves to be a first-class outfit all the way. In the past, we've avoided the dealers for service and had our work done at a local garage whom we trust and who has done well by us for years. But no longer, Northborough Lexus will get our business from now on. More
I have a brand new RX. Unfortunately a minor impact created a clean break of the plastic surrounding the glass on the passenger-side mirror. A replacement part and installation would have cost $775 to created a clean break of the plastic surrounding the glass on the passenger-side mirror. A replacement part and installation would have cost $775 to replace. This was clearly overkill for the damage, so, without even being asked, the Parts Manager, Tuan, took the broken piece and bonded/glued it back into place - at no charge. It isn't "factory perfect", but it does not look all that shabby to me either - and it did not cost $775. This is typical of the Lexus of Northborough Service Department - and clearly the reason for my 10 year, 4 vehicle history with Lexus. Jim Hatherley More
I contacted Chris to see about trading in my preowned Lexus even though I was perfectly happy with the car. Chris had been our salesperson when we bought the first car, and I felt comfortable with him a Lexus even though I was perfectly happy with the car. Chris had been our salesperson when we bought the first car, and I felt comfortable with him and felt that he had done right by me with the first sale. He returned my email immediately, and assured me that he could find a car for me that was newer and with less mileage for approximately the same payment. We made an appointment, and Chris was right there to give us his undivided attention at the assigned time and remained with us until the sale was done. He presented us with many options, since our cash flow is limited, and made it work. I am leasing a brand new Lexus, which I never expected to do, but Chris kept working at it until he found a payment that was manageable for us. If you had asked me 5 years ago if I would ever be the owner of a Lexus, never mind a brand new Lexus, I never would have believed it, but thanks to Chris's hard work, he made it happen. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his way. His personality is great - very friendly and accommodating. When my lease runs out, I will be calling on Chris Schmitt again because I know that he will find a car for me that fits my lifestyle. Thanks, Chris, I love my new car! More

This was my first experience with a Lexus dealership, and both my husband and I were quite impressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to keep an eye out for a car that would be just what I was looking for. I told friends and family I felt I had a car realtor working for me! After missing out on a beautiful ES350 over President's Day W/E, I would get a call from Chris whenever he saw a CPO come in that might fit my needs.... and my "ship", so to speak, did come in and I signed on St. Patrick's Day! An interesting, and not typical I hear, experience ensued while waiting for the title to arrive - all the while, Chris touched base with me a few times a week to keep me up to date on its progress. Happily, I now have my lovely car and I am thankful for all the help I received from Chris through the entire process. More
From the moment we drove into the lot, our experience was unique. Darryl met us at our car, handed us his card and then let us explore on our own. Darryl was warm, professional, attentive, informative (but not overly) and had a wonderful sense of how to best approach us. He knew "less is more", in that we had done our research, knew exactly what our requirements were and how they matched with the Lexus RX 450H we were considering. He knew he didn't have to "sell" us on anything. It was about listening when said I simply needed to drive the car, so he quickly made that happen. Then it was love at first drive...sold! The only opportunity for improvement in our purchase experience is to speed up the length of time it took for me to pick up the car. The process took over 3 hours, which included dropping off my trade, registration/new plates and the Lexus new car certification process (customizing a few car features to my preferences). Darryl did set me up in a private, quiet, clean area with a table so I could work and make phone calls uninterrupted. Periodically he checked in to let me know he was making progress. He also went so far as to provide me with a delicious chicken Caesar salad and water for lunch while I continued to wait. Much appreciated! On my way home my newly connected Bluetooth cell rang and it was Darryl checking to see how the drive was going and how I liked my car... unbelievable. This morning he called first thing to remind me (yeah right!) I have a new Lexus 450 H and that he was there for me if I ever have any questions. Never in close to 40 decades of car buying have I ever had that level of customer service. He is exceptional, hands down. If you are considering purchasing a Lexus in MA, find Darryl Newman in Northborough. You will enjoy a world class customer service experience. More

Anjula was extremely friendly and particularly knowledgeable. He really knows the product he's selling. He was able to answer every question we had about the Lexus IS which was the focus of our visit. I would encourage you to look him up when you visit Lexus of Northborough. Our purchase was easy and without pressure. We got the information we sought, and feel we got a fair price for an excellent car (actually got my dream car). The dealership is clean and pleasant to visit with about every amenity imaginable for a dealership. Again, be sure to look for Anjula when you visit. More

I've done business with this dealership for several years now and I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. (LS430, SC430 and an LS460). I have all three vehicles maintained there regularly. The quality of service and their unquestionable integrity are absolutely OUTSTANDING! The staff is always courteous and friendly and they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The sales force always does whatever is required to understand what the customer wants and what vehicles would best suit their needs. Recently, I came in with my research data and knew exactly which vehicle (2010 LS460) I wanted and I was able to reasonably negotiate a deal based on the facts. I never once felt pressured and I felt good about the deal after the purchase, as I usually do. Bottom Line: This dealership is second to none and I highly recommend them for both sales and service.
