Outstanding service department representative I have had several Lexus LS vehicles serviced at Lexus of Northborough for over 10 years. I now drive from Newton because everyone there is so great to work with. They provide superior service every time I visit, even thought my LS is now 13 years old. They follow up after service visits to insure that I am completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my battery died and when it was jump started I was told that I needed to get the battery "fixed". I called Jerry Flynn, my representative, (it is a real plus to have a representative who knows you and your car) because I was afraid to drive the car. He called me back after closing. He spent over 15 minutes asking me questions, providing explanations, waiting while I started my car and then clearly instructed me what to do to determine if I really needed a new battery. Car was fine the next morning. Jerry saved me a drive to Northborough. My family repairs cars (not in MA) so I know when I am receivingexcellent service. More
