Late Friday afternoon I stopped by to ask if anything could be done about the deep scratch someone had put in my 2-week-old 2016 NX 200t. I fully expected to make an appointment for the following week, but despite being very busy, Service Advisor Jerry Flynn whisked my car into the shop where the mechanics worked miracles on that ugly scratch. Once again their professionalism and customer service exceeded my highest expectations. I'd also enthusiastically recommend Salesman Darryl Newman who is always cheerful, helpful and actually makes the purchase process a pleasure. More

"Above and Beyond" I brought my car in for service at 6:30 pm on Monday February 15. Jerry Flynn was my advisor. He had a mechanic check my car and discovered it would take more than an hour and a half. He offered me a loaner and said since Tuesday was his day off, another advisor would be in touch with me. On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Jerry telling me my car was ready. When I asked if it wasn't his day off, he replied, "Yes, but I wanted to follow through on your service." In this day and age, this is highly unusual. You are indeed fortunate to have Jerry Flynn as the voice of Lexus service. Kudos to both. More

When we got home and told my husband about our car search, it was my daughter who said - "we have to get the Lexus" they were so nice. I couldn't agree more. When I returned the following day to seal the deal, Darryl had all of the paperwork organized and ready to go. He introduced me to Val who showed me how to operate every option in the GX460.
