Service department is newly renovated, with a super- comfortable waiting area, which becomes my office while I am waiting. In fact, i always prefer to wait there, instead of using a loaner car. We were looking for our 2024 ES350 in Blue with a Brown interior . The General Sales Manager helped us out by changing the colors of the unit that was allocated to Northboro Lexus to colors that we wante interior .
