Successful experience at a friendly dealership Joe and many others at this dealership were comfortable to work with and helpful in many ways. I had to give a little lower rating because the experience with the manager at the time was not pleasant to work with. The car was used and needed rear rotors and brake pads but he was unwilling to replace the pads and we left with the brakes still grinding. It was disappointing for a "new to us" car for what would have been a small cost to them.. Otherwise, we were treated very well by all other staff and, apparently that manager is no longer there, so I would highly recommend to others. More

Great staff & service! Walked in looking at the 2018 GX and ended up leaving with the 2018 Rx350L, thanks to the suggestion of our sales rep! We fell in love with the RX350L Walked in looking at the 2018 GX and ended up leaving with the 2018 Rx350L, thanks to the suggestion of our sales rep! We fell in love with the RX350L instantly as it’s V6 (GX is V8) AND the RX has a 3rd low & just about the same space wise! All the representatives we encountered today from the beginning of the day were helpful, friendly, personable and knowledgeable of the inventory. Never once felt pressured and they all worked with us so patiently to be sure we got the best deal and were satisfied with everything. Our car had just arrived off the truck with all the plastic and they worked quickly to get everything situated so we could come home with our new vehicle. Even got a pretty fair trade in value for our vehicle. Overall, extremely satisfied with Lexus of Northborough, reps & service. Will definitely be a returning customer! Everyone worked so diligently, I can’t say it enough. Mansi especially was really great, she stayed with us throughout the entire day and kept checking in on us while we decided/waited and kept us informed on where we were with the process. Even went over specs on our vehicle while we waited and showed us some new features our old model did not have & helped set up the SOS feature before we left the lot. More
