48 hr Review (3 - Phase) Ph1: Our initial experience dealing with Lexus of Northboro Sales Rep Eugene Oppong was a very positive and professional one. Eugene was very attenti Ph1: Our initial experience dealing with Lexus of Northboro Sales Rep Eugene Oppong was a very positive and professional one. Eugene was very attentive to all our (my wifes) needs. He was a pleasure to deal with. We really didnt go into the dealership looking to purchase a Lexus, was just actually picking up my wifes Honda at next door dealership. With that said, after several hrs of looking at several RX350's in lot, we came to an agreement. Both Eugene and Keven McHale (Kevin was also very professional, articulate and pleasant to deal with), each stayed after hours to get the deal done (end of qt.r or not !) Ph2: Things didnt play out like my we (wife) would had hoped over next 24 hrs. She went from Very Excited to Not very excited to be driving out of dealership with a beautiful 2015 RX350. We ran into a few "unexpected" issues when we went in to pick up car following week. My wifes emotions went from high as can be when we signed contract with Kevin M., to "what just happen" ? We were told several issues needed to be addressed, were not fulfilled. Rather than me having to repeat these issues (Im sure they are well documented), I will move on to next Phase Ph3: After making multiple calls into dealership to try and remedy past open actions, I - We couldn't have been more satisfied with this last visit. I contacted Eugene and requested he coordinate a meeting with his Sales Mgr. (Michale Silver) / Service Mgr. (Joel Lobov - who also contacted me and was very helpful). I also then received a call from Patricia Shea (Cust. Service) asking me what she / Lexus could do to help with current open actions, and also make this car buying experience a more positive experience for my wife Marjorie. Bottom line is this: Each one of them listen first..... Then each one of them could not have been more Polite, Professional, Helpful and more important - "Results (Customer) Oriented" !! They all Stepped Up To The Plate as a LEXUS TEAM, and Corrected all of our (Marjorie) open issues- past concerns, and made our Lexus of Northboro car purchase a much more Positive Experience this time around. We appreciated this and look forward to many yrs of Lexus of Northboro dealings. Regards, More
