Recent Service I was quoted an amount for service. When I went to pay, the bill was over $100 more. Service agent said he forgot to include the oil change. When I added in the oil change it was still more than the service quote. Just be up front and honest about cost. No one likes surprises, especially when your spending almost $2000 for unexpected repairs. More
