I got a phone call that my car was ready to get pick up when I got there I returned the loaner, I paid my balance and I waited about 30 minutes my car was still not there. I had to asked the cashier to che when I got there I returned the loaner, I paid my balance and I waited about 30 minutes my car was still not there. I had to asked the cashier to check again to see if my car was ready. Then 15 minutes later my car was seating in the car lot running no one come to me to tell me my car was there. More

Lexus of Northborough is awesome after having an awful experience elsewhere, I thought twice about walking into another dealer, but I’m glad I walked into this ONE, I worked with sales rep Eugene, he was experience elsewhere, I thought twice about walking into another dealer, but I’m glad I walked into this ONE, I worked with sales rep Eugene, he was super friendly, personable, understanding and and to me most importantly he was VERY professional, willing to work with us, he listened, and he did not rush us thru the process, his customer service experience is on point, I could not have asked for a better experience. Courteous staff and a very comfortable customer lounge with self-service refreshments are a plus. Should you experience a rare lengthy warranty service, the dealership provides a hassle-free courtesy car. Occasional emails offer coupon service deals and vehicle upgrade offers. Bottom line, this dealership has the best service department I have ever experienced. More
