The customer service is good but I was not happy with my loaner. The car was dented in several spots, the rear light was broken, the check engine alert was on and gas was almost running out. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service de I could not be happier with this advisor. I called the service department with a question about a battery issue.
