At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I went to Lexus North Miami Beach yesterday to have my RX.350h serviced for 15,000. I also reported problems with the trunk door sensors because they often fail and it doesn't want to close, so they didn' RX.350h serviced for 15,000. Why will I open it and I have to close it manually? I don't think they gave me the solution. Today I still have the same problem in heavy rain. More

Poor customer service. I spent 4 hours just for a duplicate key and a diagnostic test for my NX250 trunk sensor.
