Very slow. Took 1 hr for my loaner car to show up. My appointment was 10am and was told it would take 1-2hrs to do the 4 year maintenance. 3 pm no thing, so Took 1 hr for my loaner car to show up. My appointment was 10am and was told it would take 1-2hrs to do the 4 year maintenance. 3 pm no thing, so I called and was told Jonathan was busy , will call back. 4pm, nothing. Called again. This time jonathen answered and told me that my car needs a broke flush. I knew he was trying to push for unneeded repairs as I used to work on cars myself and my car is less than 4yrs old with less 30k miles. I said no and he said then my car was ready. Why didn’t he call me. I went to pick up the car, waited another 40minutes for the car to show up. I bought my car from Pembroke Pine and had been doing maintenance there, I live very close to this dealer so I want to give them a try. It was bad . Will not go again. More
