At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The salesman was very friendly and unlike other dealerships, or other sales man i've worked with in the past he overlooked my young age and treated me like a serious potential buyer. The sales manager was very helpful as well, and was a great help to my husband prior to my arrival at the dealership. The only complaint i have is the lack of professionalism displayed by the cashier that had an argument with the salesman in front of myself and my husband, regarding her unwillingness to take our deposit to complete the sale of the car because it was nearing her quitting time. My next car will be a Lexus because of the excellent service at Lexus of North Miami. It is always first class. At my last service visit I was offered a loaner car but declined. They delivered my car service at Lexus of North Miami. It is always first class. At my last service visit I was offered a loaner car but declined. They delivered my car to my house all washed. The price was market price on the new tire they replaced. I didn't know they replaced tires! Whatever the auto need, they come through. More

I enjoy coming to Lexus to get my car serviced. My service advisor is awesome she does not rush you and actually follow ups.
