At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). My New Family at Lexus of North Miami. One year ago, I went to the Lexus of North Miami dealership with the hope of buying a new RX 350 or NX . Val McKenzie greeted me and showed me both mo One year ago, I went to the Lexus of North Miami dealership with the hope of buying a new RX 350 or NX . Val McKenzie greeted me and showed me both models. Unfortunately, Val could not make the deal happened for me that day. His advice was don't be discouraged give it some time and then come back to see me. He's an excellent listener. He understood my financial situation with its many limitations. He was always available to answer my questions after I left the dealership. He kept me in his contacts and when the best opportunity came available he called and emailed me to make sure that I did not missed the Golden Opportunity. I am thrilled today because I finally was able to close the deal and drive away in my new NX Turbo 2017 SUV. As a result of him keeping me in his contacts I have the new SUV I've been waiting for. I was told I had a deal verbally and then was told it couldn't be done on my way to sign. It left a very bad taste after being a Lexus lesee for 10 years! But I think Efrain has found a family of Lexus owners that will keep coming back to him! On a side note you need more people verifying insurance. Waiting for one person to do that is exhausting. And the gentleman doing it was so slowwwwwwww. More
