Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Buy your Lexus anyplace but here This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. They cheat you on the purchase. They cheat on the registration. Vehicle not available for sale after confirming twice Vehicle for sale on Autotrader, Called and texted Shannon twice to confirm vehicle was on premises and was available for sale. She said the vehicle would be there when I arrived. I set an appointment time. Drove for an hour and when met by sales rep, George said vehicle was not available. Was sent to auction THAT DAY due to "issues with the car that they did not want to have repaired" even though vehicle was under factory warranty. I stated that I called and texted twice to confirm vehicle was available before driving one hour each way. Salesperson says they can get vehicle back from auction, but I would have to purchase the vehicle first, sight unseen, and then they would bring it back. Salesperson tried to "BAIT AND SWITCH" to get me to purchase a different vehicle.Obviously, I declined to purchase a used vehicle without inspecting it first. And the other vehicle was much higher priced. More
