At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). This all changed this past Saturday. We were called into the dealership to get out of a lease a few months early by Kim Wendell. We set an appointment and Kim was outstanding from when she meet us at the front door. It was all handled so professional from start to finish. Kim was super efficient with all aspects of the deal, from explaining our options to closing the deal. From the time we signed the final paper...we were the dealership a total of 3 hours......record time for a new car. Cudos to Ms. Wendell, she is a fantastic asset for your dealership.
