At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I am not sure I could have done it without him cause not only he is a outstanding saler but he is also a fantastic financial adviser. He really represents with proud the Lexus dealership and based on his attitude with his peers, his teamwork spirit makes you waste no time when purchasing a vehicle. The usual 7 hours I was spending buying my previous vehicles officially reached to its end. I literally spent 2 hours for each transaction and it is all Emmanuel's fault ( lol) . isn't that sweet? And this is all including the whole process. Outstanding job and may the Lord bless you and your workplace. More

He was not pushy at all. He listened , took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us locate the car that was perfect for us. Val's personality made this car hunt enjoyable rather than the stressful experience we have had in the past. The General Manager was also really nice and worked with us on the price. The entire experience took a 5 hours. The car was ready when we got there to pick it up and all that was needed was my signature on the paperwork. Diego from service explained all the ins and outs of the car to us and set many of the settings for us. I highly recommend Lexus of North Miami. Don't forget to ask for Val. More
