At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). He showed us the car best to s Our lease was up and we decided to check out Lexus of North Miami. We met Val McKenzie ( salesman) who was wonderful. He showed us the car best to suit our needs . He was not pushy at all. He listened , took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us locate the car that was perfect for us. Val's personality made this car hunt enjoyable rather than the stressful experience we have had in the past. The General Manager was also really nice and worked with us on the price. The entire experience took a 5 hours. The car was ready when we got there to pick it up and all that was needed was my signature on the paperwork. Diego from service explained all the ins and outs of the car to us and set many of the settings for us. I highly recommend Lexus of North Miami. Don't forget to ask for Val. More

Nice job in short time but really expensive for labor Is was my first time visiting this dealer. Of course batter experience than lexus of Kendal.they do nice job..the bad is they charge 150dollors only Is was my first time visiting this dealer. LIAR ALMOST HAD ME SELL MY LIFE AWAY FOR A CAR. I came into dealership to purchase a vehicle under 10K. I knew what I wanted and asked to be shown the inventory that was available. Under the con I came into dealership to purchase a vehicle under 10K. I knew what I wanted and asked to be shown the inventory that was available. Under the context that I was going to have my credit examined I began to sign an agreement to have the dealership run my credit. I signed and gave social to Stan. He came back with sales paperwork for me to sign to purchase an $18500 vehicle. Stan literally LIED TO MY FACE TELLING ME THIS SIGNATURE WAS FOR STANDARD PROTOCOL, THAT THE PAPER THAT I WAS SIGNING WOULD BE THROWN OUT AFTER MY CREDIT WAS EXAMINED WHEN IN FACT IT WAS FINAL SALES PAPERWORK FOR PURCHASE OF A 2014 CAMRY 16K MILES FOR $18500. INSULTING. STAN TRIED TO GET ME TO SIGN FOR PAYMENT OF 18500 FOR A VEHICLE WHEN I BEING TOLD I WAS SIGNING TO HAVE MY CREDIT RUN. I don't know if this practice is illegal but I know it would have cost me thousand of dollars to hire an attorney to get me out of the contract with the vehicle that I did not agree to buy. SHOULD HAVE SNAPPED PICS OF THE DOCUMENTS RIGHT THERE TO POST HERE. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES. I WILL NEVER BRING ME BUSINESS TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
