Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The salesman, Alex, was knowledgeable and very accommod I had the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience this summer at Lexus of North Miami. The salesman, Alex, was knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I mentioned wanting a red car, he offered his own Lexus for me to buy!- even had me test drive it. I would definitely buy from them again! Everyone else at the dealership was also extremely helpful and accommodating.- including the manager Alfred who went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. Great experience ;) More
