Good deal turned bad. No response Unfortunately we are unable to give a good review for this dealership. Yes, it is our fault for trusting a car salesman, Miguel Thodde to be truthful. Unfortunately we are unable to give a good review for this dealership. Yes, it is our fault for trusting a car salesman, Miguel Thodde to be truthful. However, we were told this car was in excellent condition given its year and miles. We were told $1400+ was done to the car to remove minor dents/scratches. So we went forward with the deal. We live over 200 miles from the dealer so we relied heavily on their assessment of the car and the carfax. Both were misleading and deceptive. This car was clearly in some type of minor front end collision, and their "$1400" worth of bodywork they said they did - nope. The entire front bumper needs to be repaired, repainted. The headlight is cracked and there is damage to the hood down through the paint. The radio lights do not work, the dash is cracked. They sell us a car with locked lug nuts but didn't send us the key.?? Yea, other than that the car is in great shape, but we would NOT have bought it given others we had found for same price. So yes, a car salesman LIED, imagine that. And even after receiving the car, contacting them with our concerns we have not heard a word. Not a good experience, go in person is all I can say. Lesson learned. More

Poor treatment to loyal customers I have been a loyal Lexus of North Miami customer since it was Countyline Lexus leasing four cars with this dealership. In my last lease I was contac I have been a loyal Lexus of North Miami customer since it was Countyline Lexus leasing four cars with this dealership. In my last lease I was contacted by Lexus of North Miami to tell me that they had a wonderful deal for me. Little did I know that I was going to get swindled into a 48 month lease of a GS 350 that I no longer can get rid of until the end of the lease because of the negative equity. It is disgusting to me how they treated a loyal customer and I will never return. I have an excellent credit score and make a pretty large payment considering the make and model of my car. It's one thing if I asked to upgrade from my 3rd Lexus to my fourth lexus but they contacted me just after having my lease for approx a year. I'm disappointed in their poor business practices and treatment of loyal customers. More

NMB LEXUS SERVICE HIGHLY INCOMPETENT My Lexus has been in the service department for 3 weeks after a carjacking. The repairs were a few scratches on the right door and bumper and the car My Lexus has been in the service department for 3 weeks after a carjacking. The repairs were a few scratches on the right door and bumper and the car needed to be detailed. Charlie is my customer service rep and is appallingly incompetent, dishonest and a big liar. He has promised the car to me and my insurance company last week. Now he's into covering up, lying, and diverging from facts and truth. What a horrible and traumatic experience I've had with that sorry service department. Ive had to go all the way to corporate. Now I hate Lexus, I hate NMB Lexus and would love to get rid of my car for good so I don't ever have to deal with this lazy, dishonest lying team of NMB Lexus service department. Keep away!! Run away!! they're a living nightmare. More

2007 Honda Came in to the dealership only interested in a used Honda, a replacement for the one our 21 year old daughter had just wrecked. As we drove up in the rain, immediately saw about 6 used cars upfront, one a suitable vehicle, and not a Lexus. Anyway, Alex came to greet us, discussed the story on the car, negotiated a bit as I am sure it was the least expensive car on the entire lot, took a test drive, then sealed the deal. It was painless and I would recommend Alex, along with the dealer for any future purchase or leases. Andy More
