At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). You guys suck for not adding my review that I wrote two weeks ago. You know, the one about you guys ripping me off on the price of a new keyfob. Where you wanted to charge me almost $600 to replace the one I lost. Well guess what? I bought my new lexus from pembroke pines. It's a wonderful feeling when you walk out of a dealership after buying a car, and the feeling is not that you got a pretty good deal,but that the feeling is that I avoided a worse experience if I bought it from N. Miami lexus. I understand your survival depends on making a profit, but when you kill for it you bring upon your own demise.
