Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I was a challenge, he was up for it and achieved success. He didn't give up on my dream or try to convince me into another vehicle. Joshua made the process easy. His communication skills are outstanding. He utilized text messaging and email correspondence to understand what I wanted.His focus was fulfilling my dream of driving a Lexus. I asked him to be forward with me and he was. I was on time constraints and he was respectful of that. Joshua is personable and likable. Mr. Christian Gonzalez was also a great team player with finalizing the financial aspect of my purchase. I would not have gotten there without Joshua's efforts. I tip my hat to him. David Kafka was the consumate professional and smoothy guided me to purchasing the right car for my driving profile and financial requirements. The process was non-evasive and I left there feeling like I am now part of the Lexus family as opposed to feeling like I was taken advantage of like I have in previous car purchasing experiences. Wonderful facility, great staffing, super training and wonderful amenities at the dealership. I was treated to coffee and lunch onsite and I am now free to use the Lexus health club. I was given a number of gift certificates for free spa pampering & treatments. A world-class experience from the moment I pulled on the property until I drove away in my new Lexus. I will probably be a Lexus owned for life because of this experience! Kudos to David Kafta and Frank Diaz the North Miami Lexus team. More

I was a little reluctant about driving all the way from Orlando to Miami to be disappointed as I was with the other dealership(s) that were closer, but Scott and Claudia made sure that my trip was going to be well worth it. Scott was very professional, honest and most of all funny! He is a true character :-). He answered all the questions I had and made very obsevational suggestions that I higly took into consideration. He was all about customer service, meeting my needs and interests and making sure that I was leaving happy, satisfied and a proud owner of a 2013 Rx 350. I would recommend him to everyone I know that is looking to make a car purchase. Lexus of North Miami made an awesome move when they made Scott Argow apart of there Lexus family. How difficult can it be? We were in the process of acquiring an IS, great first experience at this dealer! Unfortunately, due to misplacing our SA's and FM's business card, we opted to call to see if we can track down someone and get the process moving. It is now Saturday @ 10AM - we're several hundred miles away - having been through the receptionist and one finance manager, we have been unable to track down the individuals who assisted us. While I can appreciate the challenges in tracking down someone in such a large dealership - I would expect that the employees of this place would make a little effort to help. Hey, I am proactively calling - so you will make no effort to assist? what the heck. If things work well, I can see the potential of this place being wonderful - but I have to say, I am truly disappointed at the lack of support illustrated by the 3 people whom I talked to. More
