Mayer listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly what I asked for. Normally, I hate the hassle and tricks that the salesperson uses but at Lexus of North Miami, I found what I wanted in less than an what I asked for. I had been to many different car dealerships prior have purchased their cars with Mr. Levy. The customer service he provided me was beyond wonderful. I had been to many different car dealerships prior to coming to Lexus. It was by far the best car purchase experiance I have ever had. It didnt take me all day to get the car I really wanted and there was never any pressure to buy anything. The services provided at Lexus of North Miami are great from the car detailing to the SPA. I will continue to recommend tthis dealership to all my friends and Family and will return when my lease is up to get a new IS. More

The dealership itself is beautiful. Very clean , very spacious and more than enough staff to help you. They have a great selection of lexus cars, their lot is huge. On Saturday afternoon, Feb 9 2013, I drove my '07 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 6 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. About 75 minutes later my car was ready. I was charged $ 215.25 for the part and labor (1 hour) charge of $ 140.00. I cannot understand why it would take 1 hour to change one headlamp. More

I have also had my car serviced exclusively at the dealership and have had on-time appoint and have had a great dealer experience on both occasions.
