I'm pleased to say that I'm thrilled to be a new customer at Lexus of North Miami specifically. I couldn't have asked for a more patient, understanding and accomodating sales person. Ron Martin is top notch. His friendliness, knowledge and understanding blew my exceptions of what I now look for in a dealership out of the water. I'm even looking forward to taking the car to be serviced at this dealership. Even the person who stayed late to finance me and the other person who detailed the car for me never made me feel as though they weren't happy to be there....very rare to find. I just purchased my 5th Lexus. I have been able to get my best deals from CountyLine. I have tried the other 3 Lexus dealers but I keep comming back to the deals Countylines offers. I am not sure they want t best deals from CountyLine. I have tried the other 3 Lexus dealers but I keep comming back to the deals Countylines offers. I am not sure they want to see me back as I push for a bargin but this time they were not crying so I guess I got a great deal and they made a little which is fine with me. My experience at this dealership was o.k. until we started discussing price. After going back and forth with offers, the saleman could see that his dealership pricing would not meet our reasearched fa started discussing price. After going back and forth with offers, the saleman could see that his dealership pricing would not meet our reasearched fair pricing. The saleman then wrongly accused us of changing our mind on terms that affect the price and had an attitude with us. He claimed no dealer could meet our price. We left and went to JM Lexus and their first offer was a lot lower than we expected. No trade-in to consider, same equiped car, comparing apples to apples. More

Very sneaky, we test drove the Rx 330 and asking for certain options on the vehicle. Instead, he deceived us by indicating the options were on the vehicle until during the test drive, I began to questi certain options on the vehicle. Instead, he deceived us by indicating the options were on the vehicle until during the test drive, I began to question about the adjustible ride height. He then swithed his story and said the option was not on this vehicle. Sneaky, as I told him up from that I didn't want to waste my time driving a vehicle without the specified options. I would use caution when dealing with this dealership. More

Pushy, know-it-all. Never let me or my wife complete a sentence. Had more answers than we had questions. Friendly but obnoxious at the same time. Gives used car dealers a good name by comparison.
