Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The salesman I was recommended to contact, Miguel Thodde, is the finest, most knowledgeable, caring, attentive, detailed oriented salesman you can ask for. He goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are totally satisfied with their purchase and will take as much time as needed. No rush job with him; yesterday I was with him till almost eleven o'clock at night! He's a diamond in the ruff for sure! And today he made sure I understood the basics of the instrument panel before taking the car home. Ask for him when you come to Lexus of North Miami. More
