Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). David listened and was attentive to what I was looking for during our initial conversation. He took me around to see what options Lexus had to offer. At the end of my visit I was set on purchasing the Lexus IS 250 because he did such an amazing job explaining the beauty of the car and the added benefits of being part of the Lexus of North Miami family. He was professional, knowledgeable and has an incredible sense of humor that makes the process so much more fun. David and Jonathan helped be with the financial aspect of the lease and made me feel comfortable with the numbers which is sometimes nerve wrecking. The facility is impeccable, the "December to Remember deal" was too good to walk away from, and the amenities at the facility are five-star all the way. Who did it? "Henry James did it" Henry is the best salesman I've dealt with since I've been buying Lexus and I'm on my third SUV.
