Poor customer service I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would get my car back within a few hrs. After several calls, I finally got a text stating my car is ready. No one called to give an explanation as to why an airbag replacement took 5 days.
