Great negotiation skills! I got a deal for sure. He made sure my SUV was everything it said online. They washed and double waxed my vehicle! This is the most disrespectful dealership I have even been to! The sales general manager is also absolutely disrespectful and out of his lane! On Saturday Aug 19th we go in to purchase a vehicle everythi been to! The sales general manager is also absolutely disrespectful and out of his lane! On Saturday Aug 19th we go in to purchase a vehicle everything about the vehicle was good then we proceed with the sale process and they make us sign all financing documents before they give us our financing rate. Once we got the papers back he brings us a 7.99% for 60 months when clearly on their website they have 4.99% for 60 months - and trust me my credit score does not have a problem for them to come and give me 7.99% when the market was 6.57% averaged that day. When we asked the finance manager why did 7.99% come up first they did not have an answer and that made us question if we should complete the deal or not. While we were asking the question the Finance manager would was very disrespectful as well said we don’t have to sell you the car. This made us want to leave so we left without purchasing. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and called Monday. Once we got in touch with Ronnie the Sales General manager he said the car is being worked on with for another customer and if it was available he’d call us back. We look online to see if another car came in that was exactly like the one we looked at there was that one available. So August 23rd we called had a sales rep work up the deal and this time the sales rep was very quick and asked for a deposit and said you can pick it up in three days, had me sign all the papers ready to go calls me 3 hours later to tell me he couldn’t sell the car to me after I put a deposit down and said someone was working the deal and that he’d have to refund my deposit. I asked to speak to the Manager and nobody call me so I called the main line and requested the receptionist to have the manager call me so Ronnie the Sales General Manager called me and again was very disrespectful. He was accusing me of working around the system and how we were asking for a vehicle that wasn’t available. I still don’t understand how I can put a deposit on a car that’s already spoken for! The Sales General Manager Ronnie is really going to run this business down. Ronnie was tell me how he’d been working on this deal since Saturday and I explained to him that I was about to buy that vehicle on Saturday and was there until the dealership almost closed and did not see anyone there trying to purchase the vehicle at the time. I really don’t get how they can exempt a deposit for one customer and not the other. We have purchased a bunch of cars and this is definitely different then the other and the service is absolutely ridiculous. If I was the owner id rather shut the place down then having my general managers give service like this, definitely don’t recommend them! More
Subject: Utter Dissatisfaction with Lexus Service and Customer Support - Case #230710000369 Dear Lexus Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have r Customer Support - Case #230710000369 Dear Lexus Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received both at Lexus of Nashville and Nalley Lexus Smyrna. As a loyal Lexus owner since 2009, it is disheartening to find myself writing this email. I was informed via a letter dated June 28, 2023, about a Customer Support Program regarding the Brake Booster Pump Assembly and/or the Brake Booster. I promptly scheduled an appointment for June 30th at Nalley Lexus Smyrna to address this issue. However, after my car had been in the shop for five days to be service, I was told that my car would not be eligible for the service due to the mileage of my vehicle. My frustration stems from the fact that I have always serviced my 2013 Lexus 460 at your Lexus service centers, and I was never made aware of this campaign until I received your letter. The lack of this crucial information earlier led to my car surpassing the mileage cap by a mere 2,000 miles. Even more disconcerting was my interaction with Jason, a service tech at Nalley Lexus Smyrna, who confirmed that the service campaign has been active for some time. Considering I serviced my car at Lexus of Nashville twice since October 2022, this oversight is inexplicable and deeply frustrating. Especially considering that the car showed several warning lights, including the Master Warning Light, the Brake System Warning Light, and the ABS Warning Lights. To seek a resolution, I contacted the Lexus Brand Engagement Center, which opened a case (#230710000369) on July 10, 2023. Regrettably, the response I received was disappointing, stating that Lexus would not provide coverage for a car that was over the warranty mileage, even by a mile. This experience has left me with an estimate of $5,000 for the necessary repair work, and an unpleasant taste in my mouth about Lexus service. I have owned four Lexus vehicles and I'm now at a point where I'm seriously reconsidering my future vehicle purchases. Lexus is known for its commitment to quality and excellent customer service, and my previous experiences have reflected that. However, this incident has severely undermined my confidence in your brand. I sincerely hope that you will take my concerns seriously and rectify this situation. I am deeply upset and disappointed by this lack of foresight, communication, and customer consideration, and I hope that no other customer experiences the same. He set me up with Nival, and he took his time to make sure everything was perfect for our new car. Nival checked in often to keep me updated on the arrival date and due to him being away from work when it arrived, we met with Paul to complete the purchase.
