Brought our 2005 RX330 to the deanship for a recall. Dealer provided a 2012 RX350 loaner vehicle to use while they were preforming the recall. Upon arrival back at the dealership, we were greeted by the receptionist, offered fresh baked cookies and a beverage. When presented with keys to our vehicle the receptionist was very kind and thanked us for allowing them to service our vehicle. Much to my surprise, our vehicle had been washed, windows cleaned and the fuel tank was full. Plus, there was a bottled water and mints in the cup holders. Lexus of Nashville North not only knows the meaning of customer service they know how to delight their customers. Job well done! More
Received letter to come in and get oil change at $39.99 as if it were a special. It is regular price and then had to pay more for quart of oil not included in "special". 2 days before Xmas, on our way from Charlotte NC to St Louis MO our RX350 began shaking and the engine check light came on. With Xmas money is always tight and we were far from home. we arrived at Lexus N Louis MO our RX350 began shaking and the engine check light came on. With Xmas money is always tight and we were far from home. we arrived at Lexus Nashville North and were told they would get us in ASAP. Jimmy said they were very busy and it could take a hour or so before they would be able to diagnose our SUV. 30 minutes later the he or the car back. 30 minutes after that he had a solution that included a simple oil change and cleaning the oil control valves. We were back on the road within 2 hours and paid a reasonable repair bill. Thanks to Jimmy and Lexus or getting us home safely for Christmas. More

Mr. Lewis BeCoats, III my sales consultant -- he is the sales consultant of year in my book. His customer services skills are so outstanding. Ms. Julia Robertson, the Business Manager closed the deal making sure everything was taken care of and making me feel at home. Lexus of Nashville North is a tornado. After your experience here, you will feel like you were destroyed. The right arm (service) is absolutely not connected to the left arm (sales). Do not, under any circumstances, buy or have your car serviced at this dealership. The Hubs and I took in our 10 year old car for service because it was making a funny noise. Jimmy in service recommended this, that and the other. We said sure, if that is what you recommend, BUT CALL US FIRST. Now, Jimmy is a very nice gentleman and he did call us before doing about $xxxx worth of repairs, but did not call us prior to doing $xxx worth of repairs. Apparently, there was some misunderstanding. (Clearly.) We asked to speak with his manager, Stacy, about this, as we did not want any repairs done without our approval. We called Stacy for two days and she did not return our calls. Meanwhile, we asked to have our car appraised to see if it was worth paying for the repairs or just trade it in for a new car. Pam, in the Sales Department, told us that Stacy and the Sales Manager got together and decided it was best to "put it out to pasture." (aka retire it or part it out). Alright, good information to know, but is a complete mismatch to what the Lexus dealership I was loyal to before I moved to Nashville said. Questions began to form. After not receiving any calls back from Stacy, we decided to head to the dealership to get our car. When we are asking Jimmy about this in person... Stacy appears and before even greeting us, she immediately gets on the defensive, telling us she's heard all about us and proceeds to berate and belittle us. While yelling at us, she yells at two other staff members. We were absolutely gobsmacked with the lack of professionalism shown to us (and her staff members) from a luxury car dealership. Not only that, but then Stacy proceeds to tell us our car just needs a little work and should continue to run.... which again contradicts what she told the Sales Manager!? End of Story- DO NOT under any circumstances trust this Lexus Dealership... unless you want unreliable information and the potential to be berated or belittled when you have a question. More
While visiting Nashville on personal business, my vehicle began to give me problems and I didn't think it could make the trip back to Columbia, SC. I immediately went to the nearest Buick dealership because I was fixiated on purchasing another Buick. I test drove the Buick Lacrosse - but the price was not right. I then went to the BMW and test drove a BMW 5-Series. It was nice but I was not in the mood for 93 Octane gas. I then did a web search to locate nearest Lexus dealership and found Lexus of Nashville. Even while I was test driving the Lacrosse and BMW, really didn't think I could afford a luxury cars like these but Lexus of Nashville made me a believer. Steve Wentz threw me the keys and I test drove a new 2011 ES350. When we returned Steve worked the numbers and applied the big 2011 discount - I still could'nt make up my mind so I left the lot. Steve Wentz sent out an email the following day that stated Lexus is giving an additional discount to Buick owners. I returned to the lot and purchased a brand new 2011, ES350 with a Starfire Pearl finish. I came prepared with my own financing but Lexus gave me a better finance rate than my credit union. Julia Robertson and her boss Mike were very accomodating in working out the terms of the deal. Steve Wentz knew everything about the car and set up a special appointment to take me through the entire car and answered all my questions. This dealership is very friendly, professional and has the best coffee in town - they made me feel like family. Thanks Steve, Julia and Mike!!! More
I have been using this dealership for many years and have always been treated very well. I have used Pam Michaud as my salesperson for several purchases of new Lexus cars and SUV's. This dealership restored my faith in the car buying experience again. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and helpful. Our Sales Representative, Bert Henderson, was helpful, knowledgable and deferential to our timetable on buying a car. He was as helpful in answering questions about their used Lexus models as he was about the 2011 models. He never tried to steer us toward any particular type or model year of car. All the staff at this dealership treated us as customers rather than a bother. We closed our deal on a new Lexus over the telephone on a Monday evening and they had the car ready for us to pick up the next morning. They were attentive to every detail and took great care in making sure my wife was happy with her new car. I have purchased over 30 automobiles and this was the easiest and by far the most pleasant experience I've had. I think it is easy to attribute this to the quality of people that work at this Lexus dealership. More
