I contacted several dealerships in the area looking for a VERY LOW milage certified pre owned SE350 and as soon as the internet manager, Mike Hankins contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for h VERY LOW milage certified pre owned SE350 and as soon as the internet manager, Mike Hankins contacted me to find out exactly what I was looking for he began diligently looking for the exact vehicle that met my needs. After just a few days he called and told me he had found it. It apparently was one of their service vehicles with only 9K miles on it. I drove up from Brentwood and it was exactly as he promised, even the color scheme that I preferred. They were more than fair on my trade-in and a pleasure to work with. They went over the car a fine tooth comb and I could not be happier. Before I left the dealership he even sat in the car with me and went over every single thing, answered any questions I had and even set up my phone/itunes on the bluetooth. I traded a Mercedes Benz and this is my first Lexus and it will not be my last, the car is absolutely perfect and I will DEFINITELY utilize the services of the dealership and Mike again. More
Brought our 2005 RX330 to the deanship for a recall. Dealer provided a 2012 RX350 loaner vehicle to use while they were preforming the recall. Dealer prompt called when the repair were completed to let me know our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival back at the dealership, we were greeted by the receptionist, offered fresh baked cookies and a beverage. When presented with keys to our vehicle the receptionist was very kind and thanked us for allowing them to service our vehicle. Much to my surprise, our vehicle had been washed, windows cleaned and the fuel tank was full. Plus, there was a bottled water and mints in the cup holders. Lexus of Nashville North not only knows the meaning of customer service they know how to delight their customers. Job well done! More
Received letter to come in and get oil change at $39.99 as if it were a special. It is regular price and then had to pay more for quart of oil not included in "special".
