Joe knows the answers to your questions and takes his time providing or demonstrating the answer until it is understood. Honestly, it would be difficult to find a better salesman. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my new car salesman. My wife fully concurs. My wife and I also want to provide a high score to Bosco in the Finance Dept. The most concise, brief, and easy-to-follow closing and delivery we have ever experienced. Our buying experience was a home run! The Lexus organization is fortunate to have them on board. More

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience here last week. On Monday I get a call from a salesperson stating they just got a car in that I had been looking for. I went on Monday and experience here last week. On Monday I get a call from a salesperson stating they just got a car in that I had been looking for. I went on Monday and looked at it and they appraised my vehicle. The salesperson tried to get me to put a deposit on it I declined and stated I would return the next day to test drive and if I liked it I would go get a check same day. Before I got to the dealership on Tuesday I was asked again to put a deposit because other people were looking at the car. I declined again and said what time I would be in. I came in and test drove it and loved it so I told the salesperson I was going to the bank and to get the car ready for me. So, after leaving the bank with a check written to Lexus of Nashville I get a call from the salesperson and he told me that the car was not in their inventory so they could not sell me the car yet and that it would be Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and I got told it would probably be Friday. At this point I became frustrated because I was asked multiple times to put a deposit, then they low lowballed me on my trade by over $2,000 so I emailed the General Manager with my concerns. He called me about an hour later and stated that if I have concerns prior to purchasing that I might want to look elsewhere to buy. Friday, I called the salesperson because I seen that the car was finally in their inventory. The salesperson informed me that he could not see me the car. At this point I was livid I had waited since Tuesday with a check in hand and then I get told he can't sell me the car. So then the Sales Manager Rick got on the phone and I asked why I couldn't get the car and he stated that because I reached out to the General Manager with complaints that they were adamantly refuse to sell me anything because he has never dealt with someone who complains prior to purchase. (I recorded this conversation because it was literally so unbelievable.) None of this was my salesman's fault it is just an absolutely appalling reflection of management. I ended up buying the same car, the same day at Lexus of Knoxville getting $2,500 more for my trade and my experience there was amazing! More
Michelle Hunt was my sales associate at Lexus of Nashville. She is by far the best associate I have ever dealt with in leasing a vehicle. I have been leasing Lexus since 2015 from this dealership. I recommend them to anyone purchasing or leasing a vehicle. More
My Lexus was totaled by drag racers on a busy Sunday afternoon on I-285, Atlanta. Butler of Atlanta, Chris, was especially helpful. I went back to Lexus in Cool Springs who had serviced my car for years. James Ebert, service manager, was helpful and connected me with Terry Milam in sales who found me an awesome 350Rx to replace my 400h. Needless to say it is hard to buy a used car at this time - so while I did not have a vehicle Terry loaned me his personal vehicle. Service does not get much better than this!! Logan did an excellent job assisting me with the repair of the air bag wiring damaged by mouse eating the wires and wiring harness on my 2010 Lexus RX350! He was extremely considerate of me when my insuran of the air bag wiring damaged by mouse eating the wires and wiring harness on my 2010 Lexus RX350! He was extremely considerate of me when my insurance company took longer than they originally told me to have an adjuster contact Lexus Nashville. Logan allowed me to keep the loaner provided as a courtesy of Lexus Nashville instead of requiring me to return the loaner and then rent a rental car until the adjuster was able to confirm coverage of the wiring damage. Loga was extremely professional and contacted me several times to update me on the progress of the repair, etc. Thank you, Logan, and Lexus Nashville, for another great service experience with your dealership! My wife and I went into the dealership while in town from KY looking for a Lexus RX 350. We called the dealership to ask about a RX 350 that was online. We spoke with Romaine and he was very up beat and willing to assist us with our search. We then decided to make our way to the dealership. Romaine also sent a walk around video prior to my arrival so I could see the vehicle due to it was a recent trade in and pics were not available online. Upon arrival we were met by Romaine and he had the car washed and placed up front for us to view. The customer service that was shown by Romaine was great and the entire staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Needless to say after driving the vehicle we purchased the vehicle and should have it delivered this week. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks Romaine! More
