I had a great experience buying my NX 300 from Romaine. My first service was fine but then we went on vacation and it was time for my next service. I called while still on vacation on June 29 to set it up. The lady on the phone said it would be August 13 before they could get me in! I repeated the date surely thinking that was wrong, but no, she repeated the same date!! I called Toyota of Murfreesboro when we got home and they got me in 2 days later! I will never buy another car from Lexus of Nashville just for this reason!! Very disappointed in this service department!!!! More

It was amazing! As a woman, I am always leery about purchasing a car or having a car repaired because of past experience of being taken advantage of. When I went to Lexus of Nashville, I had that initial fear and concern; however, after being there, that concern immediately went away. My salesman, Romaine Clue was AMAZING! During the course of my transaction, which took several months due to the inventory shortage of vehicles, Romaine was excellent. He treated me like family. His professionalism is second to none and illustrated in not only his attire but polite manners and interaction. He listened to my concerns, and he showed a genuine care about my interest and needs in a vehicle. He is very intelligent, and his knowledge of the Lexus vehicles is impeccable. We had the option of purchasing a vehicle from anywhere and quite frankly was tempted to purchase a vehicle from a different manufacturer, but Romaine’s customer service kept us loyal to Lexus. One of the things that stood out to me the most, is that he didn’t let me compromise on a vehicle that did not meet my needs simply because it was available sooner. This is important because he could have encouraged me to take that vehicle just to make the quick sale. Instead, he reminded me of the things that I told him when I initially came to Lexus and helped me keep my eye on the prize and get the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Lexus of Nashville, specifically, Romaine Clue if you are in the market. More

I was going to leave my car in the parking lot and get a ride so I went inside to ask if it was ok. I was immediately greeted by two wonderful ladies who offered me a drink and a seat while I was waiting. Then they asked if I wanted someone to put my spare tire on for me. I informed them I don’t have a Lexus, but i didn’t matter to them. Next thing I know Alex is taking my keys from me & they have my spare on for me in no time. WONDERFUL people & I seriously ca thank them enough!! Highly recommend! More
