This is a "A" Level Dealership, should be voted for Lexus "Elite" in my opinion from the beginning we had the best customer service which is to be expected from Lexus. We started speaking with Paul who is a know-it-all wizard when it comes to anything Lexus, before we made the 3-hour long trip one way, In Total 6-Hours we spoke with the sales manager, and he was super helpful as well answering all of our queries. One Thing I will tell you they're down to earth folks no xx, No Condescending way of talking, No Marketing or Sales tactics and that's what I really love about this dealership and most important they don't judge you... We were there the whole day and please note they're super busy so do not make a trip without an appointment. Dealership don't have a Soda for customers and Paul went somewhere to get me a Soda, all of them made us feel right at home, Paul even shared his Godiva Collections of chocolate with my Husband and that was so nice of him. Paperwork took a while so even the Sales Manager helped removing stuff from my previous Lexus to the new one and everything was done with care. They got a customer for a life! 5 Star all the way! We were driving from Canada in our 2010 Lexus RX350 and the car engine overheated on Interstate 65 in heavy traffic.
