I bought a big SUV on the showroom floor. I called Brad back the next day and said it was too big and said I wanted a candy apple red SUV and Brad again delivered. The poor finance prepared all the paperwork again with a smile. Then 2 days later I called Brad and said we don’t want an SUV. Brad said kindley, “Brenda, we can’t keep doing this but he delivered again and we bought the 2014 LS Again, poor finance clerk proceeded with a smile.
