Before buying a Lexus car from the Auto Universe we ordered Pre-Purchase Inspection to Lexus of Memphis. We ordered to check all mechanical and cosmetic issues of interior and exterior. Based on evaluation as an excellent conditions we paid for full asking price for the car and made it shipped to California to find out that half of the car has been repainted poorly. I talked with Bryan Smith who denied that his so called 'trained hardworking' technician failed to do a proper inspection causing us more that $10K damage. This man can't take responsibility for bad working business. Very disappointed. Shame of you, Mr. Smith! More
