The Unveiling events that we hold are intended for our guest to be able to view the latest that Lexus has to offer. When entering if you were not approached by any of the sales consultants it was not to be rude. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to come to our event. We try to make everyone feel very comfortable and not pressured like many dealerships do. Catering staff typically walks around offering food and beverages.
