He and Anthony Williams who was equally high quality person took best possible care of us right through the process. This was a once in a lifetime buy fir my son as we were buying an expensive car. Charles, Anthony and the owner Bryan were all outstanding individuals and delivered what they promised. They never took any shortcuts and their attention to detail so that we do not encounter any surprises was exemplary. I would very strongly recommend Lexus of Memphis, the owner Bryan , Charles Epp, Anthony Williams and the entire staff at the dealership. It was late afternoon when I discovered I needed a battery. Called Lexus and was told to come on. We were in and out within an hour and a half with new battery and was credited approximately 50% on ol battery. Called Lexus and was told to come on.
