Wonderful experience! Gary Harber was our salesman and he was very professional! He answered all our questions quickly and helped us get a great deal! He even stayed late- after normal closing hours- to allo was very professional! He answered all our questions quickly and helped us get a great deal! Frustrating when the service providers/ employees do not know or completely understand the Toyota program & coverages. Happens each time I drive 2hrs away for service every 6 months since 2016. It was great except for the oil change . When the Maintene light comes on ever 5000 mole and I new I had the Synthetic oil but we're giving one ever 5000 due to Maintene light. Outstanding service is their strength. I came in because my car would not start . My auto club technician got it started and my next stop was Lexus of Memphis to check it out. The last thing I needed was my car would not start . My auto club technician got it started and my next stop was Lexus of Memphis to check it out. The last thing I needed was it to stop again while I was in heavy traffic or at night. I did not have an appointment but I was clearly concerned why. The team at Lexus of Memphis did not disappoint. I was assured they would take a look that day. In 30 minutes a technician tested my.battery and gave me the OK. Thanks to Billy and the entire crew for providing outstanding service and calming me down. This is one of the reasons why I only take my car to Lexus if Memphis. More
