The young man who inspects the tires informed me I was driving in discontinued tires. I reached the outlet who sold me those tires, and informed them... I got 4 new tires for the fraud... I feel confident and thankful for their concern. I am a 72 year old who plans to keep her independence with the help of honorable, caring service. I was told I would have a loaner car and they gave me a 9 o’clock appointment. Upon checking in, I found out that they would not begin my service until 2 if I had a rental. I sat in the waiting room 2 1/2 9 o’clock appointment. Upon checking in, I found out that they would not begin my service until 2 if I had a rental. I sat in the waiting room 2 1/2 hours without a rental in order to get serviced in the morning. I am grateful to Johnny for explaining before I left in the rental, but the Lexus policy is very poor and misleading. More
