Our overall experience with the dealership has been positive. Efficient and friendly receiving staff, specially Mike McPherson who had helped me for many years. Although, I felt like the service staff was pushing me to change or get new battery and new tires becaus McPherson who had helped me for many years. Although, I felt like the service staff was pushing me to change or get new battery and new tires because they are old, even though he said that they are still good. I had only 29,000 mileage , on model 2016, I bought this in 2017. He said that the battery and tires may give up anytime. Please do not scare customers so you can sell more. My visit already cost me $1,180.+. One battery car key was 7.00 . (Walgreens: 1.50 for 2). You charge too much. New battery and new set of tires + balance + labor + Tax = about 2,000.00 + I do not waste or throw away still working stuff. More

I had my Lexus car hauled in with a problem & drove it out with the same problem & $1400 shorter. Still don’t know what’s wrong with it & out of $1400. They gave their opinion but not sure.
