I had my Lexus car hauled in with a problem & drove it out with the same problem & $1400 shorter. Still don’t know what’s wrong with it & out of $1400. They gave their opinion but not sure. I love this Lexus dealership but I went it in to find out what the cost would be to replace a broken instrument display and was charged $179 for the privilege. I knew what the problem was. What I wanted to k what the cost would be to replace a broken instrument display and was charged $179 for the privilege. I knew what the problem was. What I wanted to know was what was the cost to make the repair? This is very “crappy” and not what I expected at all.
