I will definitely be contacting him again to learn more about my car. I did not grow up in the digital age and having Conner on board was a brilliant move on someone's part. LEXUS OF MEMPHIS provides the best quality and service and is known for its great customer service. The sales people are professional and knowledgeable and I have enjoyed working with Anthony on several L and is known for its great customer service. Mike usually helps me when I bring my LEXUS in for routine maintenance work and to keep my car running efficiently and safely, Mike provides recommendations and pricing prior to service and also is very attentive to details and provides excellent and professional personal service to take care of the car and provide updates as the car is being serviced. I highly recommend LEXUS of MEMPHIS for their commitment to provide the best quality of automobiles and sales professionals and service professionals. The comfortable waiting area is also a very nice area to wait while your car is being serviced. Refreshments and different types of snacks are available. More
Sales experience was straight forward and honest. They did not try to add on items at the last minute. I think document fees are a rip off, but everyone in town does it. I guess once the salesman makes the sale, it's up to me to contact the service department for simple questions. More

Terrible customer service experience. I was refused service of any kind from this dealership because I had "after market parts" on my car. I never heard or got a clear explanation about this situation. I was actually told this is my last visit to the dealership because of these "after market parts". I wonder if I brought a new Lexus would I be able to come back? But I wasn't given that courtesy. 🤔🤔 More
