This past service took approx 2 hrs for oil change and tire rotation and my appt was at 10 AM, As I needed to go to another appt immediately when this service was completed, I was unable to let John know that when I drove away, the side 2 front windows and side mirrors on my vehicle were still covered with love bug remains and the interior had not been vacuumed as I found when I opened my trunk and dirt was still there. The drivers side kick plate (I think that is what it's called) that says Lexus is always covered with dirty water as well each time I even come in for a courtesy wash. I know this probably sounds trivial, but it has affected my trust in this portion of service and I would actually rate it 3 stars for the wash detail. Again, your employees are respectful and I just think you should know this area of service that should be improved upon. I want to leave your car dealership completely satisfied but have found myself having to wipe down the kick plate before getting in or shortly thereafter as my pants have gotten dirty and wet in the past, and having to redo washing the vehicle. More
