This is our 3rd Lexus from Rob & the team at Lexus of Melbourne. I can't express enough how seamless this entire process was. We ordered the GX in Oct 2021, it arrived on April 22nd in the USA, and arriv Melbourne. I can't express enough how seamless this entire process was. We ordered the GX in Oct 2021, it arrived on April 22nd in the USA, and arrived at the dealer on April 25th. Rob & I went over all of the final numbers over the phone that day and we scheduled delivery for April 26th. Because Rob was so amazing we were done with the "car buying" side of this in 11 minutes!!!! It took longer for the family to take pictures of the car than it did to buy it. I've owned all the luxury brands and I must admit Lexus is our favorite. Not only from the quality of the cars, but the dealership experience. Visiting Lexus of Melbourne is a family affair and everyone loves it there! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob Lamarr to anyone I know and have done so for the past 16 years! If you are reading this and thinking about buying a car from Rob or Lexus of Melbourne... don't go anywhere else. Every experience at Lexus of Melbourne has been great! More
