Great Service Came in too look for an RX450h they used one with low miles in the same color combination as the new one. Since there wasn't much of a difference except a great price gap of about 7-8k, Jonathan our sales associate was very kind non pushy and took the time to explain the pros and cons. Lexus Delivers! I cannot begin to tell you what a positive and enjoyable experience it was to lease my new Lexus ES350. I loathe the process of buying or leasing a n I cannot begin to tell you what a positive and enjoyable experience it was to lease my new Lexus ES350. I loathe the process of buying or leasing a new car -- the research, the hassle of the sell, negotiating, the paperwork! I was dreading it. But, fortunately, I met Michele McLellan, their sales consultant and she made the whole process so incredibly easy! I told her exactly what I was looking for, the type of car, the terms and the fact that I despised paperwork! "No problem!" said Michele, and she started me down a path that was by far the easiest and most enjoyable process ever. Michele scheduled a test drive for me on my lunch hour, was very specific in what she showed me, no pressure, just the features of the car. Then once I decided it was a go, she worked up the paperwork, had it delivered to my office and then helped me through the process. By the time the paperwork was done (at my own convenience) Michele picked it up personally and processed it. I am convinced I spent less than one hour total in the Lexus dealership before driving off in my brand new car. I could not be happier with the experience and thank Michele and Lexus of Marin for being so accommodating and flexible. They heard me! They delivered. And, oh yeah... I LOVE my new car! More
